What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or get in touch by email, we may collect the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Details about your project, including location, budget and project type
  • Any other information you choose to share with us in your message

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, and we do not use cookies or tracking technologies on this website.

03

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
  • Assess whether your project is a good fit for our studio
  • Communicate with you throughout the course of a project, if we work together
  • Send you information you have specifically requested

We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we will never sell, rent or share your data with any third party for their own purposes.

04

The legal basis for processing your data

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to enquiries you have chosen to send us — and, where a project proceeds, on the basis of contract, as your data is necessary to deliver our services to you.

05

How long we keep your data

If your enquiry does not result in a project, we will retain your contact information for no longer than 12 months, after which it will be deleted.

If we work together on a project, we will retain relevant correspondence and project information for up to 6 years in accordance with standard business record-keeping obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

06

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to have inaccurate data corrected
  • The right to request that we delete your data
  • The right to restrict or object to how we process your data
  • The right to data portability

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

07

Third parties

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties. Your information stays with us and is used only for the purposes described in this policy.

In the event that we engage trusted suppliers or contractors as part of delivering a project, we may share limited project-relevant information with them — but only what is strictly necessary, and always under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

08

How we keep your data safe

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data. Enquiries submitted via our contact form are delivered directly to our private email inbox and are not stored on any third-party server.

We will never ask for sensitive financial information such as bank details via email or contact form.

09

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it.

If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection authority, at ico.org.uk.
