Full Service
Our most comprehensive service, covering the entire journey from initial brief through to installation day. We handle spatial planning, material specification, lighting design, joinery drawings, FF&E procurement, contractor coordination and final styling — leaving you with a home that is complete in every sense, without having to manage a single supplier yourself.
We remain present throughout the build, working alongside your contractors to ensure every on-site decision aligns with the design intent. This is the difference between a home that was designed and a home that was truly cared for.

Standalone Service
We take your architectural drawings and review them with a critical design eye — identifying opportunities and resolving issues before construction begins, when changes are still straightforward to make. Every analysis covers layout and flow, room proportions, storage opportunities, and a lighting strategy for principal areas.
Delivered as a comprehensive written document with redlined drawings, key findings, clear recommendations and defined next steps. The right decisions made at drawing stage cost nothing. The same decisions made on site cost considerably more.

We work on full home projects with a starting furnishing budget of £150,000, and single room projects with a starting furnishing budget of £25,000. These are starting points, not ceilings — every project is different, and we are happy to have an honest conversation about what is achievable within your budget.

We are not the right studio for every project — and we would rather be honest about that than take on work we cannot deliver to our standard. If your project falls below the furnishing threshold above, or if you are looking for a quick turnaround with a reduced scope, we are likely not the best fit. We are happy to point you in the right direction.

We begin with a detailed conversation about your project, lifestyle and ambitions — before any commitment is made. We advise on scope, timeline and budget from the outset, so there are no surprises later.
No obligation. We want to make sure we are the right fit for each other before anything begins.

We develop a considered design direction — spatial layouts, material palettes, furniture proposals and the overall narrative of your scheme — presented in a clear concept document for your review and approval.
Nothing moves forward without your sign-off. Every decision is yours to make.

Once the concept is approved, we develop the full specification — detailed drawings, FF&E schedules, lighting plans and all documentation required for construction and procurement. Precision at this stage protects you on site.
Coordinated directly with your contractor team to avoid any gaps or misinterpretations.

We manage procurement, coordinate contractors and oversee every stage of delivery — present at the critical moments, available throughout. The final installation is managed by us from start to finish, and we style the space on handover day.
